One of Michael Jackson's bejewled white gloves that was tossed to a fan in Australia more than a decade ago was sold Sunday at an auction.
The glove brought in a wopping sum of 57,600 Australian dollars, equivalent to $48,400 US Dollars. This was a great surprise! The glove was only estimated for half of the selling price.
The glove was bought by a buyer, Warwick Stone, for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He beat our other bidders for the glove belonging to the late King of Pop.
The glove was a part of the HiStory wourl tour in 1996. During his visit in Sydney, Australia, Michael Jackson attened the Australian premiere for the film "Ghost."He had a starring role, and at the end of the premier, he tossed the glove at the audience member Bull Hibble. Bill has since died.
